As we say Goodbye to the last bit of warmth and prepare for Winter following the Easter break, we take a look at one of our favourite Summer interiors trend, Boho Beach. What is boho beach? How did we find it?
We share with you our moodboard, curated to inspire you to bring a little bit of Boho Beach to your home and create that feeling of holiday vibes, everyday.
And who wouldn’t want to feel like they’re on holidays everyday.

Why Boho Beach?
Recently I’ve spent time with a friend who was wanting to update her living area to create a relaxed space that felt a little bit like a holiday, inviting her and her husband to sit, relax and spend quality time together each night in the midst of everyday life.
From this brief conversation, we opened a bottle of wine and starting scrolling the pages of Pinterest to find her style, select some key pieces to create the overall style she was wanting and voila! Boho Beach was found.
What is it?
Boho is inspired from bohemian style and Boho decorating is for those who want their homes full of life, culture, and interesting items for all the world to see. This aesthetic flies in the face of modern sensibilities and embraces the carefree, the relaxed, and the unusual.
“the carefree, the relaxed and the unusual”
This merged with a beach or coastal vibe that features linen textiles, indoor green plants and a coastal colour palette with pops of blue or green tones blends the two styles togethers to create an instantaneous holiday feeling and a popular emerging interior trend Boho Beach.

How can you create Boho Beach at your home?
We love Boho beach spaces that are set against the backdrop of crisp white walls allowing each individual piece to truly shine.
Adding in textural pieces featuring colour and pattern through your rooms accessories from rugs, cushions and decor pieces in a combination of natural tones and bright colours then finish with indoor plants and pieces that reflect your travels, life and things that you want to the world to see, these could be things that just make you happy or have a story behind them.
If bright colours is not your thing, layering white and natural textiles in your Boho Beach is just as inviting and creates a calm space with a pure vibe. Rattan furniture and lighting fixtures with leather accents, linen fabrics and natural fibres will bring the beach feel to your white space.

What I love most about the Interior trend, Boho Beach?
I love that this unique trend not only allows you to showcase your personality through your interiors space, but it allows your recycle and up cycle furniture.
From side tables that you can paint or sand back to a raw timber to sourcing mix and match dining chairs second hand, this style allows to create a space that is uniquely you and can be done on a budget.
