Shipping & Returns


White Home Boutique can ship worldwide, however a shipping price can only be calculated for Australia on our site. If you require international shipping please email us at with your order details and we’d be happy to provide a quote for shipping to you.

In Australia, White Home Boutique uses either a courier service or Australia Post to ship goods to the specified delivery address.

Delivery times in Australia are 3-6 business days* from the time of order. A dispatch confirmation email displaying your track and trace number will be sent once order has been dispatched.

In Adelaide we are pleased to offer free delivery to metro areas or local pickup from Prospect or Henley Beach (if you just can’t wait). We classify Adelaide Metro by postcode, any postcode beginning with “50” is included in our Metro area and we will be happy to drop your product right to your door. Deliveries will be made on Tuesdays to ensure you get your weekend shopping to you ASAP.

If you live outside this area you can take advantage of our Flat Rate Shipping of just $15.

Christmas Holidays 2016/17

White Home Boutique will be closed over the Christmas period from Thursday 15th December 2016 to Monday 16th January 2017. All orders placed during this time, will be shipped when we re-open of Monday 16th January 2017.


Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order is damaged in transit, please Contact Us within 24 hours of delivery to ensure we can assist you. If you contact after 24 hours so that we can do our best to assist, however we make no guarantees for replacement after this time.

If you think your goods may have been lost in transit as they have not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your tracking details, please check the website of the shipping provider. If this provides no insights, please email us at so we can help track your parcel down.



  • Unused items in their original condition may be returned upon presentation of the original invoice within 14 days of order receipt.
  • Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be by post only.
  • If you have requested a refund we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed



  • If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style and colour that you would prefer.
  •  The item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed
  • Any discounts received will be carried over in an exchange
  • We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed

As White Home Boutique is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail. If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs. However, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges.
